At Terrific Scientific, we believe summer should be a time of discovery, adventure, and hands-on fun! For more than a decade, we’ve been creating hands-on STEM experiences for local families across South Charlotte and Union County.
This summer we’re offering seven full weeks of hands-on STEM camps for rising Kindergarteners through 7th grade. Whether your child dreams of building robots, designing video games, launching rockets, or exploring the wonders of nature, we have a camp that will ignite their imagination. From coding, LEGO robotics, Minecraft, and drones to forensic science, food chemistry, astronomy, biology, animal science, and more, our diverse camp themes let every child dive into something they love, or try something completely new. Campers don’t just learn about STEM concepts. They bring them to life through exciting projects and interactive challenges.
With over 40 unique camp themes, every day is filled with creativity, exploration, and excitement. Campers build, experiment, design, and investigate as they tackle hands-on challenges that encourage problem-solving and teamwork—turning big ideas into real projects they can see, test, and share.

For our youngest scientists, our Grades K–1 camps are a fun way for rising Kindergarteners to build confidence, make new friends, try new things, and get comfortable with the rhythm of a camp day, all while exploring, creating, and having an incredible amount of fun.

This summer we’re introducing several exciting new camps for each age group along with refreshed favorites. New camps include:

- Little Nature Explorer
- AI Explorer
- Fairy Tale STEAM Quest
- Grossology
- AI Innovator
- Engineering Food
- JavaScript Studio
We’ve also refreshed several returning favorites, including Chef Assistant, Minecraft 3D Supreme, Weather Wizard, Marine Explorer, and Robot Engineer.
